If a product is permanently unavailable, the Customer will be informed without delay. In such a case, no contract is concluded. If applicable, a comparable substitute product may be offered, acceptance of which is voluntary.

In the case of temporary unavailability, the Customer will also be informed. If delivery is delayed by more than two weeks, both the Customer and Casada are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
