Your main tasks:

  • Independent care for a defined group of care countries
  • Support of key account customers
  • Order entry, invoicing, shipping processing and preparation of country-specific export documents
  • Support in complaint processing

Your requirements profile:

  • a commercial training ideally in wholesale and foreign trade, initial practical experience in export is an advantage
  • Experience in order acceptance and quotations
  • Team and organizational skills
  • Experience with merchandise management systems
  • Confident use of MS Office programs
  • high level of comprehension and initiative, strong customer orientation
  • independent, accurate and reliable working style
  • Your profile is rounded out by your communicative and intercultural skills, confident demeanor, and excellent written and spoken German and English. Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
